1. Eligibility (18+)

Bossamor is an interactive romance game intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using Bossamor you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

We may use an age gate and other measures to discourage access by minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate the account.

2. What the service is

Bossamor is a single-player romance game in which you get to know original, fictional characters, follow their stories, and unlock digital entertainment content (such as pictures, voice messages, short videos, playful astrology readings and virtual gifts) using in-game coins.

All characters are fictional and computer-generated. They are not real people, are not available for real-world meetings, and their messages are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only.

The service is single-player entertainment. It is not a social network, a dating or matchmaking service, and it does not connect you with other users or with real individuals.

3. Accounts

You may start as a guest. Linking a phone number lets you save and recover your balance across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure.

You may not share, sell or transfer your account, or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Virtual items, coins and purchases

The app offers a virtual currency ("coins") and digital items. Coins and items are a limited license to access digital content inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and currency. All purchases are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions grant the benefits described at the point of sale for the stated period. Where a subscription renews automatically, it continues until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct is described in our Content & Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

We use automated and/or human moderation on both what you send and what the app generates. Content that fails moderation may be blocked and is not delivered.

7. AI-generated content; no professional advice

Character responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inconsistent. They are for entertainment only and are not professional advice of any kind — including medical, mental-health, legal, financial or investment advice.

The app is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional. Where appropriate, the app may surface local support resources, but it cannot provide emergency help.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its characters, artwork, voices, text and other content are owned by Wade or its licensors and are protected by law. Your purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content within the app for your own entertainment.

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell or create derivative works from app content except as expressly allowed.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Content & Community Guidelines, or to comply with law. You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
